We arrive in the pickup window you selected. Wheel the bike out, hand it over, and that’s it — we’ll text you a confirmation with photos when it’s loaded. No drop-off, no waiting around. If we spot something on first glance that changes scope, we tell you before we leave.

We service
Work happens at our Spokane shop. Every job is documented with photos — what we found, what we did, what’s worth knowing for next time. If we find anything beyond the booked service, we send photos and a revised quote and wait for your approval before touching it.

Bike comes back to your door, tested and tuned. We do a test ride before delivery, and you get a final report covering everything that was done. Every service is backed by a 30-day warranty on the work — if something we touched isn’t right, we make it right.
