What happens after I book my appointment?
After you complete your reservation we will reach out to you with an RA# and assist with a shipping label if necessary. Â
For those who would like to drop off their unit(s) in person, please remove everything from the bike before arrival, unless you selected the “removal” service during your reservation.
Where can I drop off my items?
We do offer in person drop off by appointment, or at any of our partner bike shops. Â We do ask that you remove your items before drop off, or schedule the “removal” add on at time of service!
Our in person drop off location is 817 S Perry in Spokane, WA.
Can you help me remove my suspension?
Sure, if you are local we can help with this. Â Please just select the “removal” service add on during appointment reservation.
When should I have my items to you?
Our booking system makes you select a specific time, but really you are just reserving time on our work load for that day. Â So, please have your items to us the day before your scheduled appointment.
How long will it take to complete my service?
Our goal is to complete every service on the day you scheduled the repair. Â The reason we ask for item information/serial numbers beforehand is to confirm that we have all the necessary parts in stock. Â
What happens if my fork/shock/seatpost is unrepairable?
From time-to-time we see internal damage to shocks/forks/seatposts and the item should be replaced. Â At this time we will reach out to you with new options; typically and structurally damaged unit should be replaced rather than sent back to the factory for evaluation.
